Telling MeloAI about your business

Under Settings → Business, tell MeloAI what you do, where you work and how you talk to clients. It uses this to pick document tone, default terms and the services it expects to see.

The more specific you are, the fewer corrections you make later. “Residential repaints in King County, deposits 30%, net 15” beats “painting company.”

Nothing here is locked — edit the profile whenever the business changes and the very next draft picks it up. Documents already sent keep the wording they went out with, so a profile change never rewrites history.
