Your email address and company profile (name, contact details, logo) when you sign up and set up your workspace.

Document data

The content you create — quotes, line items, client details, and uploaded images — stored securely to provide the Service.

Usage data

Basic technical logs (e.g. AI generation counts and token usage) used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

To provide and improve the Service, generate quote drafts via our AI provider, enforce usage limits, and communicate with you about your account.

Third-party services

We use [Supabase] for authentication and data storage, [Anthropic] to power MeloAI, and [Vercel] for hosting. Document text sent to the AI provider is used only to generate your quote and is not used to train models.

Data retention & your rights

You can edit or delete your documents at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact [privacy@melodocs.ai]. Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, or erase your data.

Your account

You’re responsible for the activity under your account and for the accuracy of the quotes and documents you create and send.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

AI-generated content

MeloAI assists with drafting. You are responsible for reviewing all content — including pricing, scope, and terms — before sending it to a client. MeloDocs is not liable for business decisions made from generated drafts.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeloDocs’ liability is limited as described here [insert limitation].
